Veteks JSC is a Macedonian yarn and thread production company, established in 1973 as a part of the State-owned tobacco company Nada Butnikoshareva. In 1989 the company was restructured into: Company for production of yarn and thread Veteks.

In March, 1991, Veteks was transformed into a Joint Stock Company, and in May the same year, it split into two new companies – Veteks JSC and Triko JSC.

Veteks JSC is listed on the national stock exchange since 2002.

The company exports its products to the foreign markets of Germany, Austria, Italy, Denmark, Holland, France and Switzerland.
